Chalet Ferret

About the property…

Chalet Ferret is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom property for 14 people, with a gym area and spa facilities.

The elegant, first-floor living room is bathed in natural light, thanks to the large windows on two sides. A central fireplace separates the dining area from the seating area, which features a large sofa and comfy seats.

If you’d rather just curl up with a book, there’s a reading corner with a bookcase and several comfortable armchairs. You will also find a TV lounge on a charming mezzanine floor, with games for children.

Across the hallway, the large, fully equipped kitchen has a central island with a seven-burner hob, two ovens, a large worktop and plenty of storage space.

This floor also has two terraces. There’s also a WC and access to a garage with space for one car.

The sleeping and wellness areas are on the ground floor. There are three rooms which can be arranged either with twin beds or a large double bed, according to your needs. These rooms all have en suite shower rooms with toilets. Two more double rooms, also with shower rooms, have large double beds and the final room, designed with children in mind, has two sets of bunk beds. There is also a separate shower room and toilet.

But the highlight of Chalet Ferret must be the wellness area, which opens onto a terrace, with a hot tub on it. Work out in the gym before relaxing in the sauna or steam room after your day in the mountains!

Finally, the practical ground floor has an additional shower room with a WC, a laundry room with washer/dryer combo and a ski room with a heated boot rack. In winter, you can access the chalet directly from this ski room.

About the area…

Ideally situated in the Les Belleville, this chalet benefits from a prime location close to Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Les Menuires, and Val Thorens. These resorts are part of the renowned Trois Vallées ski area, offering 600 km of slopes for all levels, state-of-the-art lifts, and consistently excellent snow conditions. The ski area attracts families thanks to its beginners' area, it also has plenty to offer to experienced skiers: try off-piste skiing accompanied by a local guide. Freestylers can head to the BK Park, and the whole family will love Walibi Gliss, a fun area that combines slalom racing and music.

On days when you don't feel like skiing, the resort's huge leisure centre has a swimming pool, a sauna and a hot tub, among other facilities. In the evening, meet up in one of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville or Les Menuires' many bars, and perhaps round off the occasion at a nightclub.

There is no shortage of activities outside the ski season. The region is criss-crossed with paths that attract cyclists and hikers, but it also offers golf courses and water sports such as canyoning and rafting.

Foodies will be equally satisfied by the range of restaurants on offer, such as “La Bouitte”, a 3-star restaurant serving delicious local specialities.
